Job Description

Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Content Moderation
Basic knowledge of Hate & Harassment workflow
Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Review complex video content and take accurate, decisive action
Ensure consistent high-quality scores (Minimum 95% expected)
Provide effective solutions to meet customer requirements
Maintain high productivity while following process guidelines

Critical Skills Required

Cultural Sensitivity & Awareness: Ability to understand and respect diverse perspectives and backgrounds
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately review large volumes of content and identify subtle nuances
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Perception to Perspective: Maintain an unbiased, fair approach while reviewing content
