Location: Mumbai, India with extensive domestic and International travel
Reporting to: Board of Directors
Experience : 20-30 years of experience in Automobile Electronics manufacturing or industrial businesses related to Electronics
Prior experience as CEO / Director/ MD / President in a family-owned or promoter-led organization preferred.

Age : less then 55

Role Purpose:
The CEO will serve as the principal business leader and growth driver, working in close partnership with the promoters to professionalize, scale, and expand the business.This role is designed for a leader who:
Respects promoter ownership and legacy
Can operate with high autonomy within clearly defined boundaries
Is accountable for revenue growth, market expansion, and P&L outcomes
The CEO will progressively take full charge of day-to-day operations, allowing promoters to focus on strategy, governance, and long-term direction.
Mandate:
Drive multi-year topline growth and market expansion
Build a sales-led commercial engine with pricing and margin discipline
Own full P&L, cash flows, and capital allocation
Align manufacturing, capacity, and supply chain to scale
Build a strong professional leadership team while preserving culture
