Position - Asst. Manager/Manager/ Sr Manager (Designation will be decided post technical evaluation and current designation of the individual)

Job Location - Thane

Skills needed - B.E. /B. Tech Electrical with 9+ years of experience in MEP Procurement

Major Roles and responsibilities

- Manage end to end Procurement cycle (i.e from Tendering to post contract ) Electrical, and Panel Procurement , Solar, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC etc.

- Lead Role for the Electrical and Panel Procurement

-Proper scrutiny & technical review of the BOQ / tender wrt to Desing ,drawings,DBR , Relevant IS codes Etc .

Preparation of the RFX and Auction , ensuring the of the Work packages completion in stipulated timelines with maintaining the Price Efficiency

- Preparing the Rate contracts with the OEM and Vendors & ensuring the best prices are achieved
