Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage to achieve targets in current accounts, saving accounts, cross selling insurance products.
Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements :

0-10 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and their applications.
Excellent sales skills with ability to meet targets and build strong relationships with clients.
