Requirements


  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Content Moderation
  • Basic knowledge of Hate & Harassment workflow
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities


  • Review complex video content and take accurate, decisive action
  • Ensure consistent high-quality scores (Minimum 95% expected)
  • Provide effective solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain high productivity while following process guidelines

Critical Skills Required


  • Cultural Sensitivity & Awareness: Ability to understand and respect diverse perspectives and backgrounds
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately review large volumes of content and identify subtle nuances
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Perception to Perspective: Maintain an unbiased, fair approach while reviewing content
