Job Description
We are hiring a Service Desk Trainer to train students/aspiring IT professionals for entry-level IT Service Desk roles.
This is a student training role (not employee/internal corporate training).
Candidates must have hands-on Service Desk experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom-based training on Service Desk & IT Support.
- Train students on ticketing tools, Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Cover ITIL basics (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and practical sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and job readiness.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support (Strictly Required).
- Good understanding of ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy or similar).
- Knowledge of SLA and ITIL processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
