Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle basic operational tasks as per process requirements.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written/verbal).
- Maintain accuracy while updating data and completing assigned work.
- Follow shift timings, meet daily productivity targets, and adhere to quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members and support daily workflow.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate in stream - BCom, BA, BBA, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Willing to work full-time night shifts.
- Comfortable with Work From Office only (no WFH option).
- Quick learner, disciplined, and responsible.
- Freshers are welcome; experience is an added advantage.
