Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, PF contributions, and other benefits.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data and adhere to company's privacy policy.

Job Requirements :

3-7 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar function.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC) and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in payroll processing software (e.g., SAP) is essential; knowledge of MS Office applications is desirable.
