Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies including Xray, Ultrasound, CT, and MRI with high accuracy and clinical correlation.
- Perform and supervise ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, small parts, and Doppler studies.
- Conduct imageguided interventional procedures (diagnostic and therapeutic) as per expertise and institutional protocols.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and highquality reporting while adhering to evidencebased practices and radiation safety standards.
- Collaborate with referring clinicians to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
- Maintain complete documentation, reports, and compliance with statutory regulations and hospital policies (e.g., PCPNDT, radiation safety norms).
- Supervise and guide radiology technologists and junior medical staff, when applicable.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBBS from a recognized medical college
- MD / DNB in Radiology (RadioDiagnosis) from a recognized institute
- Valid Medical Council / State Medical Registration
