Hr RecruiterAn HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organizations staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
Perform background checks and reference checks
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
Experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Analytical skills for recruitment reporting
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on company policy
May require occasional travel for job fairs or campus recruitment
