Process: Hopper Universal Non-GDS Travel Process

Location: Thane (Work from Office)
Joining: Immediate Joining for international Process

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our Hopper Universal Non-GDS Travel Process. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in voice-based BPO customer service who can deliver exceptional customer experiences in a global travel process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to travel bookings and support.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer queries.
• Maintain communication quality standards and process compliance.
• Collaborate with the operations team to achieve performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a voice-based BPO or customer service process (Non-GDS acceptable).
• Excellent communication skills (Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 level only).
• Must be located within IBU transport boundaries of Thane.
• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joining only.

Salary & Benefits:

• : 35,000 per month
