Job Description

Role Overview

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel requirements, including domestic and international ticketing, itinerary planning and handling client meetings. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and in-depth knowledge of GDS platforms and corporate travel processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic and international air ticketing for corporate clients.
• Use GDS systems Galileo for fare search, booking, reissuance, and cancellations.
• Provide best fare options, ensure cost-effective bookings, and follow corporate travel policies.
• Arrange hotel bookings, ground transportation, and travel insurance as required.
• Present travel solutions, fare updates, and travel guidelines during client visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations and ticketing (GDS expertise mandatory).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage urgent travel requests.
