Job Description

Company: Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Position: MICE Air Ticketing

Location: Pune

Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism

Experience: 2 - 8 Years

Industry: Travel & Tourism (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage individual and group air reservations for MICE events
Handle group block bookings, seat allocation, and passenger lists
Issue, reissue, void, and refund air tickets
Coordinate with airlines for group fares and confirmations
Prepare travel documents, reports, and tour closing reports
Coordinate with internal teams for travel arrangements
Assist with airport coordination and handle last-minute changes

Required Skills:
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and international routes
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
