Pricing Actuary - General Insurance - 10+ Years - Gurugram/Bengaluru
We are looking for a P&C Lead Pricing Actuary (Leadership Role) to join a global actuarial and analytics team. This senior role involves leading a large actuarial pricing team, driving client delivery excellence, next-gen pricing capability development, and actuarial transformation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical depth, hands-on execution skills, and proven leadership experience across US/UK/APAC insurance markets.
Location - Gurugram/Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Responsibilities -
- Lead and grow a 25+ member P&C pricing team, ensuring high-quality delivery and team development.
- Serve as the senior SME for commercial and specialty lines pricing, including product development, rating plans/pricing models, portfolio monitoring, and compliance.
- Drive advanced pricing capability development, including digital, automation, and AI-enabled actuarial tools and workflows.
- Oversee and contribute to client engagements, delivering high-value insights and C-suite advisory.
- Support business development through RFP responses, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Ensure strong project governance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
Requirements -
- Fellow actuary (FCAS/FIA or equivalent) with 1017 years of P&C pricing experience.
- Deep exposure to US/UK/APAC commercial & specialty lines, including product development, pricing, and regulatory filing.
- Proven leadership of large actuarial teams (20+), with strong people, client, and project management skills.
- Experience in actuarial transformation, digital workflows, pricing platform development, and AI/ML applications.
- Strong technical proficiency in Python/R/SAS/SQL, Excel, and modern data/analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
