Job Description

Sales & Customer Handling

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their needs (TV, Refrigerator, AC, Mobile, Laptop, Small Appliances, etc.)

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and comparisons

• Suggest suitable products based on customer budget and usage

• Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets

• Cross-sell and upsell accessories, warranties, and add-ons

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare quotations and assist in billing process

• Coordinate with finance team for EMI / loan / card payments

• Maintain proper sales records and customer database

Showroom Management

• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and product arrangement

• Update price tags and promotional materials

• Support stock checking and inventory coordination

Customer Service

• Handle basic customer queries and complaints politely

• Ensure smooth delivery coordination with logistics team

• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business
