Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit analysis, appraisal, and underwriting of mortgage loans.
  
• Evaluate borrower's financial statements, income documents, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to loan processing and documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a similar role (credit management).
  
• Strong understanding of credit principles, risk assessment techniques, and underwriting guidelines.
  
• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data using software tools such as Excel or specialized software.
