Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Responsiblefor empanelment of channel and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from openmarket and developer relationships.
Responsiblefor ensuring the adherence of KYC documents as per the guidelines by thecompany.
Responsiblefor achieving the cross-sell targets from the Home Loan customers likeinsurance or any other appropriate product which may come up from time to time.
Responsiblefor introduction of the Piramal brand and managing the sales and businessdevelopment activities for Home Loans up to 75 lakhs with focus on affordablein the assigned catchment area.
Theincumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the localaffordable and mass affluent markets and PMAY.
Responsiblefor Smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such asinquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction,post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existingcustomer service.
Responsiblefor ensuringthe proper completion of the files within timeline as per the companychecklist.
Responsiblefor ensuring the proper closure of disbursement documentation within thetimeline.
Responsiblefor guiding the customer with claritytowards applying for Home Loan and explaining the product features in terms ofROI, Processing Fees, Terms and conditions etc
Responsiblefor communicating the reasons for rejection to the customer whose file has beenrejected.
Adherenceto the organizations policies and procedures and compliance with legal andregulatory requirements
Responsiblefor training, development and activisation of channels and release of channelpayments on time.
Responsiblefor maintaining the existing relationship with builders for APF bulk sales.
Responsiblefor sourcing of builder project files and getting their project approval doneby the organization.
Ensureexcellent customer service whichincludes query resolution of the customer, completion of the task within thegiven TAT, after sales service, handling of complaints and customer retention.
Ensuringthe ownership of early delinquencies and working closely with the Collectionand Credit team.
