Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Granulation manufacturing activities on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Ensure production targets are met with strict adherence to cGMP and safety guidelines.
• Supervise granular operations including RMG, FBD, Sifter, Multi-mill, and Blender.
• Handle manpower planning and allocation for the granulation area.
• Review and ensure accurate documentation (BMR, Logbooks, On-line entries).
• Handle QMS activities related to production (Deviations, Change Controls, Investigations).
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth operations.
• Ensure audit readiness of the granulation area at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.Pharma is Mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in OSD Manufacturing (Specifically Granulation).
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Granulation machinery and troubleshooting.
• Regulatory Exposure: Experience in USFDA/MHRA approved plants is preferred.
• Role: Must be currently handling a team leader.
