Job Description

Location: Vikhroli, MumbaiLocation: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Shift : 24*7

Shift Timings:

  • 01:30-10:30
  • 02:30-11:30
  • 23:30-08:30

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and assign work orders to Customer Engineers to meet SLA timelines.
  • Monitor all open calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with thirdparty providers when needed.
  • Escalate delays or issues to the Team Leader or Territory Manager.
  • Communicate regularly with engineers, track their schedules, and maintain duty rosters.
  • Handle customer complaints, incoming messages, and daily call management tasks.
  • Ensure accurate call closure, correct device details, and proper billing.
  • Coordinate parts logistics and follow global call management procedures.

Work Environment

  • Requires shift rotation, weekend/holiday work, and extended hours (24x7 environment).
  • High volume of calls/work orders with continuous PC/telephone usage.
  • Team-based role with multiple internal interactions.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 2-7 years experience in coordination/customer service.
  • Shift would get rotated on 6 months basis.
  • Basic computer skills, typing proficiency, and familiarity with mapping & Windows tools.
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationshipbuilding skills.
