We are looking for ServiceNow Sr.Tester-QA, who can work as a ServiceNow Platform Expert to fulfill role as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and Integrations. Having experience on ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and Testing

Job Description


  • - 7+ Years of professional technical experience in End-End Project Testing Process.
  • 5-6 years of Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and Testing
  • Strong knowledge with ServiceNow platform & modules
  • Strong exposure of ITSM, ITAM & ITOM Processes
  • Experience implementing ATF and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow
  • Work within Agile software development process and play a key role in release quality.
  • Perform test validation on proposed changes
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools
  • Ability to create, execute and maintain scripts and tools for various testing frameworks
  • Excellent knowledge on scripting & automation
  • Understanding of configuration and testing of CMDB
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
  • Experience with Angular JS and Glide
  • Basic development knowledge of ServiceNow development components such as ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.
  • Experience with WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and SUDO a plus
  • Analyze test requirements, and design and execute tests.
  • Typical tests may include system testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing,, security testing and/or test automation,
  • Develop, update and maintain testing standards and procedures.
  • Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans,
  • Work with the application team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a testing environment
  • Knowledge of at least one test tool
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
  • Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work together as a team
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
