Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be a part of our vibrant pan-Indian network of women professionals (some of whom have been with us since about 5 years, some more than 10 years), which includes Chartered Accountants, MBAs and others. Assist reputed CA firms and other companies by recruiting Chartered Accountants and other professionals for them - all this while offering the convenience of working from home to the extent of your availability.
Undertake the following tasks:
- Screening CVs of job applicants (Chartered Accountants and other professionals) received by e-mail and shortlisting candidates;
- Interviewing / Coordinating by 'phone /e-mail with the candidates;
- Coordinating by 'phone /e-mail with the employer companies that have retained us to schedule interviews and obtaining feedback.
Based on performance, you could move to a role where you supervise the above-mentioned tasks.
Expected Working Hours: Minimum 4 hours daily, on an average, working from home. Opportunity to work more than the minimum hours if convenient to you. You should not be engaged in any other part-time recruitment work or any other full-time employment.
Required Candidate profile
Desired Candidate Profile:
- You should have a minimum of about 7 years post qualification experience, preferably as a CA or other professional;
- You should have good communication skills, reasoning ability, and persistence;
- You should not be engaged in any other part-time recruitment work or any other full-time employment.
- We would expect you to work with us as a partner in the spirit of entrepreneurship rather than that of an employee. Therefore, ONLY if you would necessarily like to work on a proactive basis with our support you should apply.
Remuneration: Is an attractive share in fee earned on placements made (no limit) PLUS Incentives of upto Rs. 5,500 per candidate interviewed / selected even if they do not join the client.
