Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to industry standards.
Participate in the design and implementation of new features and technologies.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of software engineers.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
