Key Responsibilities: Linux Administration (L2):
Manage and maintain Linux servers (installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting).
Perform user management, file system management, and security hardening. Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
Handle incident and problem management for Linux environments.
Appnomic API Monitoring:
Configure and manage Appnomic monitoring tools for API and application performance.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with application teams to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
Operational Support:
Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and migrations.
