What Youll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers professionally
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Meet and exceed quality and performance metrics
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
What Were Looking For
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in night shifts & graveyard shifts
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills
