Job Description

Communicate with prospective students via inbound/outbound calls to support the admissions process.

Collect and update student information, provide basic admission guidance, and coordinate with senior academic counselors.

This is a non-sales role with a fixed salary and no targets.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (freshers welcome)

Good verbal communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)

Experience in student support or call handling is a plus

Package :

Starts from 7,500 - Depends upon your skills package will be decided

Timing :

Shift 1 : 7.30 am - 4.30 pm

Shift 2 : 12.30 pm - 9.30 pm

Job Type: Part-time
