We are inviting applications for the role Product Support


  • Work location: Gurgaon
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year (previous exp. in customer service domain Required)
  • Graduation: Any graduate
  • Shifts: US Shifts

  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience in troubleshooting expected errors and managing standard setups for business workflows.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to cross-sell products and meet sales targets within the QuickBooks ecosystem.
  • Customer Service: Strong skills in providing exceptional customer service and onboarding support.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in back-office data entry related to banking, tax filing, and business workflows.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with offerings such as QBO Core, QB Commerce, QB Pro/Premier (Mac and Windows), QB Time, and payroll administration.
  • Product Expertise: Understanding of select onboarding programs, social back-office operations, workers compensation, and guided setup processes.
  • Retention Strategies: Experience in core retention, saves/retention strategies, and community engagement.
