IntouchCX is hiring experienced candidates for the International Chat Process. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our dynamic team.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling international customer queries through chat, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat support
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat / Customer Support
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
