Role: Associate - Cataloging

Designation: Associate

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed week off)

Shift: Fixed Shift (9 hours)

Shift Timings: General

Shift Location: Any Location

Key Responsibilities -

Process and create product listings using predefined content templates. Perform end-to-end catalog content processing including titles, descriptions, attributes, and specifications. Execute data curation and enrichment to improve product discoverability and accuracy. Ensure correct category mapping and product classification across eCommerce platforms. Validate product data for completeness, accuracy, and platform compliance. Handle cataloging for multiple categories such as Fashion, Electronics, Home, Beauty, FMCG, etc. Maintain defined productivity and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with QC and client teams to resolve catalog-related queries. Follow SOPs, checklists, and platform guidelines during processing.

Required Skills & Experience -

Prior experience in eCommerce content cataloging / product listing. Strong understanding of multi-category cataloging. Familiarity with content templates and listing tools/panels. Hands-on experience in data curation and attribute mapping. Knowledge of category taxonomy and mapping logic. Good attention to detail and quality orientation. Ability to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria -

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 13 years of relevant cataloging experience preferred. Comfortable working in a remote / work-from-home setup.

Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Work Requirements -

Work from Home role.

Should have a reliable internet connection and system setup.       

Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
