Job Summary:
We are hiring International Voice Process professionals to handle inbound/outbound phone calls from international customers and deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for understanding customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international inbound & outbound calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries, complaints and product/service information.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
Achieve quality & performance targets (AHT, CSAT).
Maintain customer satisfaction goals and follow process guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Graduate / 12th Pass (as required).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic computer and typing skills.
Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts.
Good listening, problem-solving & customer handling skills.
