We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals and drive impactful hiring initiatives.

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 710 Years
Qualification: Masters in HR / Business Administration (Mandatory)
Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end hiring (mid to senior level & high-volume recruitment)
Build strong talent pipelines through portals, social media, referrals & agencies
Lead campus drives, job fairs & industry hiring events
Track recruitment metrics & optimize hiring costs
Lead and mentor the recruitment team
