Description: ServiceNow Functional Consultant -
Min 5yrs relevant experience as ServiceNow BA, lead or managed multiple Client engagements Hands-on experience with ITSM using SPM Product & Agile methodologies
Your role as a ServiceNow Functional consultant is to provide functional assistance and guidance to the respective processes & products of ServiceNow across multiple areas Have implemented any of SPM / Agile processes along with knowledge on ServiceNow Platform & ITSM
(Good to have CSM, HRSD, GRC process knowledge or other applications
)
Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seek guidance on complex problems
Confirm whether the requirements will result into Configurations or Customizations
Suggesting best suited/alternate ways for achieving required functionality
Experienced in interacting with business users to analyze the business process and requirements You should be an Independent player and has experience working with senior executives
Encouraged to be passionate about agile methodology of development
Participate in some or all activities in SDLC
Conduct process maturity analysis of the existing processes and performing gap analysis
Lead the monthly business review meetings with client stakeholders
Drive the steering committee and governance meetings
  • Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations in front of customer
  • Maintain an interface with business users and other key stakeholders and keep them synchronized with progression
  • Provide stream leadership for all the in-scope process areas
  • Review business, process and technical requirements and accountable for the business, functional requirements, test cases
  • Coordinate the releases and release cadence to mitigate environment conflicts using update sets
  • Develop process documentation, functional requirements documentation, test scripts
  • Help coordinate UAT across process streams
  • Lead system validation and UAT efforts with client
  • Validate/Test the functionalities during / or after completion of development
  • Develop work plan, allocate resources, and maintain oversight of Client USIs delivery team
  • Oversee communication planning, stakeholder management and information distribution
  • Manage, track and report project progress and act as a face for Client
  • Manage the engagement delivery including the scope, resources and schedule
  • Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
  • Addressing team dynamics
  • Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team
