Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
Manage attendance, leave management, and HR operations
Support employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures

Preferred candidate profile

3 years of experience in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently

Education Preference:

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies)

MBA in HR
