Maintain and manage daily employee attendance and leave records.
Prepare attendance and leave reports and share the data with the third-party payroll vendor for salary processing.
Handle day-to-day HR operational and administrative activities.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Coordinate with the outsourced payroll company for attendance and leave data submission.
Support basic employee coordination and HR operations at the office.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, BBA, or any relevant field.
13 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration preferred.
Basic knowledge of attendance management and payroll coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Female candidates preferred.
Comfortable working 6 days a week (9 AM 6 PM) in Greater Noida.
