Job Overview


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions for our manufacturing unit and office operations. You will serve as the backbone of our people function handling everything from hiring floor staff and office personnel to ensuring statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and building a positive workplace culture


Role & responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for various departments.
  • Source candidates, Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interview schedules with department heads

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage documentation, background checks, and induction for new hires
  • Handle exit formalities, full and final settlements, and offboarding

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Coordinate with the accounts team for accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift management for factory and office staff

Statutory Compliance & Labour Law

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws (Factories Act, ESI, EPF, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Maintain statutory registers and manage filings/inspections

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution

Performance Management & Training

  • Coordinate periodic appraisal cycles and maintain performance documentation

Preferred candidate profile


We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable walking the factory floor to resolve an attendance dispute and sitting at a desk to prepare compliance reports. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role.


  • 24 years of HR experience,
  • Has handled ESI, EPF, and Factories Act compliance
  • Based in Salem or willing to commute/relocate
  • Discreet and trustworthy you'll handle sensitive payroll and personal employee data
  • Organised and process-oriented can build and maintain systems, not just follow instructions
  • Comfortable communicating in both Tamil and English across all levels from production workers to senior management
