 International Voice Process Executive

Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, prior experience in international voice support, and the flexibility to work night and graveyard shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory).
  • Freshers are not eligible.
  • Candidates with only domestic voice experience will not be considered.
  • Language Proficiency: C1 level proficiency in English (advanced verbal and written communication skills required).
  • Strong listening skills and neutral accent preferred.
  • Ability to handle US/UK/AU customer interactions confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.

Work Schedule

  • Must be willing to work in Night Shifts / Graveyard Shifts.
