Key Responsibilities:

-Create posts, reels, job advertisements, and promotional content
-Respond to messages, comments, and queries
-Track engagement and maintain brand visibility
*Recruitment:*
-Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
-Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
-Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
-Maintain candidate tracker and database
-Post job openings on portals and social media
