Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Customer Service Associates for an International Voice Process. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and excel at solving complex queries over the phone, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
• Resolution: Address complaints, resolve queries, and provide accurate product/service information.
• Service Quality: Deliver an exceptional customer experience while adhering to quality standards.
• Documentation: Consistently log customer interactions in the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice support.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (Neutral accent required).
• Availability: Must be comfortable working in Night/Graveyard shifts.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle irate customers professionally.

• Note: No Freshers and No Current Students.
