Job Description
We are looking for experienced and customer-oriented professionals for an International Chat Process. The candidate will handle customer queries via chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards. Applicants must have prior experience in international chat support and be flexible to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently with a customer-first approach.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve defined KPIs (CSAT, Quality, Productivity).
- Document and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Process (Mandatory).
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with good accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
Required Skills:
- Strong written communication and grammar skills.

- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
