Process Engineer

Exp: 8 to 15 Yrs.

Work location: Bangalore/Chennai

Job role:

Process Engineer who is a highly motivate to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate must have experience in executing projects for the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries with the highest level of quality, cost effectiveness, and time execution

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role

• Bachelor in chemical engineering.
• 8-15 years of experience in pre- FEED, FEED and Detail.
• Strong knowledge of chemical/process engineering calculations and chemical/process computer commercial programs such as Aspen Hysys
• Commitment and proactivity.

Main general responsibilities:

• Development and supervision of hydraulic calculations, heat and material balance, utilities summaries and calculations
• Development and supervision of flare calculations flare load summaries.
• Development and supervision of process studies, simulations, and data gathering and consolation.
• Prepare the respective reports and documentation
• Support other disciplines.
• Prepare PFDs, DPDTs and P&IDs / line list.

Technical Skills (including years of experience if need be)

Desirable/Essential

• Hydraulic calculations
• Aspen Hysys and/or Unisi
• Aspen Flare System
• PipeSim or similiar software
• Control Narrative & C&E matrix process development
• Equipment design
• Instrumentation specification
