Job Description
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Associates for our International Non-Voice (Chat) Process. This role is ideal for individuals who possess lightning-fast typing skills and a high command of written English. You will be responsible for resolving global customer queries via real-time chat interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :
- Multitasking: Manage 2-3 concurrent chat sessions with international customers.
- Resolution: Provide accurate, written solutions to complaints and service queries.
- Tone & Etiquette: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful "online interaction."
- Accuracy: Ensure zero grammatical errors and adhere to brand communication guidelines.
- Documentation: Summarize and log chat transcripts into the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in an International Chat Process.
- Written Skills: Exceptional written English (Grammar, Punctuation, and Vocabulary).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30-40 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Availability: Must be comfortable with Night/Graveyard shifts.
- Note: No Freshers, No Current Students and this is a pure Customer Support (Chat) role. Candidates looking for Content Moderation, Ad Review, or Data Entry roles need not apply. This role involves real-time interaction with global customers.
