Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries).
- Preparing & Maintaining Purchase & Sales Order.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and update cash books and bank books.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
- Manage GST entries, returns support, and TDS working.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports as required.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, bank and internal teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Preparing Records & Statements for Income Tax Filing & Auditing.
- Import Entries & Documentation Work.
- Bank Statements for all the accounts to be filed & maintained
- Qualifications & Skills

- B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
- 14 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax Audit & Filing and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
