Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
- Review the content on the platform based on the specified guidelines with dezired quality
- Edit and proofread the content, understand and eliminate duplicate content on the platform
- Onboard users and build community on the platform as and when required
- Mentor other team members and make them understand the process in the initial stage
Skills Required:
- Proficient in written and spoken Hindi
- Experience in Content Moderation for any social media platform
- Experience in writing blogs and articles for newspapers, magazines and website
- Experience in handling community building activities or have an idea about strategies to onboard users on the platform
- Flexible and adaptive to a startup work culture
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
