Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Own and grow the B2B HoreCa portfolio by acquiring, managing, and expanding key hotel, restaurant, and caf accounts.
  • Develop and execute a strong sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Build senior-level relationships with F&B heads, procurement leaders, chefs, and decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including product presentations, commercial negotiations, contract closures, and renewals.
  • Take complete ownership of account profitability with a clear focus on margins, costs, and P&L performance.
  • Drive business expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat orders from existing clients.
  • Ensure seamless post-sales execution by coordinating with supply chain, finance, and operations teams.
  • Proactively resolve client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Own monthly and quarterly targets with disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong MIS, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility to leadership on performance and opportunities.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously refine the sales approach.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within F&B, FMCG, or allied industries.

Proven track record of managing large or strategic accounts and closing high-value deals.

Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in negotiations, pricing, and margin management.

Ability to independently manage end-to-end account ownership with minimal supervision.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence at senior client levels.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with ownership for results.
