Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in supply chain planning processes to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage forecasting processes and align supply plans with business objectives.
• Handle exceptions and resolve supply-related issues proactively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP ECC/S4 HANA or similar systems.
• Knowledge of advanced planning tools and techniques.
