Role & responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via chat and social media platforms.
Provide technical troubleshooting support for HP laptops, desktops, and printers.
Guide customers with step-by-step solutions for device-related problems.
Identify and diagnose basic hardware and software issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
Maintain professional communication and service quality standards.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
