Experience: 6 Months 3 Years (Only International Chat Experience Required)
Shift: Night Shift / Graveyard Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling international customers via chat and must be comfortable working in night/graveyard shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via chat (international process)
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously
• Escalate issues when required
• Ensure adherence to productivity and quality metrics

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in international chat support
• Excellent written communication skills (grammar & typing)
• Ability to work in night/graveyard shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge
