eClerx is Hiring

Job Summary

The eLearning Developer is responsible for technical implementation, SCORM packaging, LMS integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure eLearning courses function correctly and track learner progress accurately.

Job Experience

6 to 8 years of experience in technical eLearning development or LMS integration
Experience working with SCORM-based courses and LMS platforms
Experience supporting enterprise learning deployments preferred

Key Responsibilities

Configure and export SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 compliant course packages
Validate SCORM API communication including completion status, success status, bookmarking, and score reporting
Test SCORM packages in SCORM Cloud prior to LMS deployment
Upload courses to LMS test environments and validate tracking, reporting, and learner attempts
Troubleshoot LMS compatibility issues and tracking inconsistencies
Optimize publish settings for browser compatibility and performance
Provide technical support during deployment and post go-live validation

Education

Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Equivalent hands-on technical experience acceptable

Software Knowledge

Articulate Storyline SCORM export
Adobe Captivate
SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004
SCORM Cloud
LMS platforms
Basic HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript preferr
