Job Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.

Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and Business Rules.

Manage Employee Data, Position Management, and Organizational Structure.

Configure Workflows, Role Based Permissions (RBP), and HRIS Elements.

Perform data migration and system integration with other SAP modules.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and production issues.

Work with business stakeholders to gather HR requirements and provide solutions.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

Hands-on experience in Business Rules & Workflows

Experience in Role Based Permissions (RBP)

Knowledge of Data Migration and Integrations

Good to Have

Certification in **SAP SuccessFactors

Experience in EC Payroll or Time Off module
