Job Description
Job Summary : We are seeking an energetic and highly organized HR Trainee to join our dynamic HR team
. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from start to finish, sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and managing the hiring process for a variety of positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
2. Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract qualified candidates across different platforms
3. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage in-person or virtual interview scheduling
4. Ensure a positive candidate experience, guiding them through the recruitment process with clear communication.
5. Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
6. Manage the candidate database and keep track of applicants.
7. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
