Job Title: Marketing Executive Edible Oil (HORECA & Wholesale)
Location: Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager


Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Executive to expand our edible oil business in the Delhi NCR market, focusing on restaurants, cafs, hotels (HORECA segment), caterers, and wholesalers. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with food businesses, generating new leads, presenting products, and taking regular bulk orders to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and approach restaurants, cafs, hotels, caterers, cloud kitchens, and food chains across Delhi NCR.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and bulk buyers of edible oil.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.

Sales & Order Management

  • Present product range, pricing, and benefits of the companys edible oils to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize supply agreements with restaurants and wholesalers.
  • Take regular purchase orders from clients and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, purchase managers, and wholesale traders.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Market Expansion

  • Map food business clusters, wholesale markets, and commercial food hubs across Delhi NCR.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product presence in the HORECA sector.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions in the market.

Reporting

  • Maintain records of client visits, leads, and orders.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and market feedback reports for management.
  • Track order volumes and client growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, food products, edible oil, or HORECA sales.
  • Experience dealing with restaurants, caterers, wholesalers, or food service businesses is preferred.

Key Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship building and communication
  • Knowledge of Delhi NCR food and wholesale market
  • Ability to generate leads and close bulk orders
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Working Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
  • Ability to conduct daily field visits to restaurants, cafs, and wholesale markets.
  • Must be comfortable meeting business owners and procurement managers.

  • Fixed salary + sales incentives/commission on orders
